Since 1996 we have worked with hundreds of different owners to assist where they did not have the capacity to effectively or efficiently manage a project.  Since we have no ties to any particular designers, contractors or suppliers, we can offer our unbiased objectivity.  LINK Management actually becomes an extension of your staff focusing on your best interests.

Our staff has over fifty years of experience in budgeting, scheduling, planning and construction.  Our scope of involvement varies on each project based on the particular owner's needs.  We strive to research, analyze and present information so that our clients can make proactive and well informed decisions.

Salin Bank & Trust Company recently completed the renovation of their Indianapolis Operations Center. The Operations Center is a 34,000 sq ft state of the art facility, located at 8455 Keystone Crossing Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana. The project was completed in multiple phases while the building was fully occupied.
